PUSH POWER - ​

These are weight and resistance based workouts with a combination pilates, pilates barre, and weights. These are designed for burning fat, increasing muscle tone, creating a long lean body, whilst concentrating on proper core control.

These are 25 to 30 minutes and have a stretch and breathing at the end to finish your push stress-free and be ready to slay the day or rest and digest.    

 

PUSH PLYO -​

HIIT training with a twist, this combo of plyometric style work with body weight and functional moves to create an unique workout for maximum fat burn and calorie burn whilst still maintain the importance of core control. Of course, don't be scared off! Low impact options are also available for injury and whilst on your menstrual cycle.

PUSH PAUSE-

These are yin yoga and meditation inspired classes. Each class is designed to allow you to unwind and let all the stress go and recreate the life of your dreams with a manifestation and visitation meditation.
