The Beautiful Bodies Society is where health, fitness, wellness and mindset all meet.

We are for the women who want to take control of their health, up level their mindset, wanting to love their bodies, re-gain education about health, fitness and nutrition. To start a different kind of health and new fitness program that is all about you and how your body works.

If you have ever been confused about what is healthy, feeling stressed about being healthy, been yo yo dieting for years and can't get out of the cycle or pulling your hair about all the different information about health, fitness and diet and not sure what or if anything will work for you? 

If so, take a deep breath, know its okay and we have your back. We are ready to take your hand and show you the way, the way where you can learn about your body, discover how it works, de-stress your body, stop the yo yo dieting and start to re gain control, love and respect that your body is wanting and deserves.

We are health, nutrition, fitness, mindset and empowerment coaches offering one on one health, nutrition and mindset coaching.

We also offer online and in person fitness and pilates classes that are all about honouring and exercising to your cycle, with more in person locations coming soon around Adelaide.

You can join us in person or online, we have a complete health and nutrition program that is specific for your cycle and teaches you all about your body so you have the trust and confidence within you to make the correct decisions for your body.

We are a collective of health, nutrition and fitness coaches that all have the same passion in common, to empower women and wanting them to succeed and make health, fitness and nutrition, easy, simple and fun.

Your Body, the Way You Want It

Ok, here is some information about how The Beautiful Bodies Society was started and about me, Jade, the founder- and why I am so passionate about helping you achieve your goals!

So let me tell you, I have been where you are and it's ok, I know a way out, let’s work together and make magic happen and make you proud of yourself.

 

 I'm Jade a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Pilates Instructor, Wife, and Mum. I've developed Beautiful Bodies Society to help educate women around the world on how to exercise and eat for your hormones, change your mindset, and help you learn to love your body. My programs have a focus on hormone health and how you can exercise and eat to work with and not against your hormones. After years in the fitness industry and seeing women punish their bodies and not seeing results - my approach to health is a holistic approach and I can't wait to get started with you. 

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness and nurturing your body; while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of women and always love adapting my program to new clients.

I have had over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and have really learnt a lot about the female body and how it works. 

I’m a Health and Nutrition Coach, Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Pilates and Barre instructor and currently studying to be an Integrated Health Practitioner. 

I have suffered myself of gut and autoimmune issues, I have developed my programs to work with all aspects of your life. I don't just look at diet and exercise, but your whole lifestyle and mindset. I put plans in place to help you live a healthier and happier life whilst also showing you how you can love your beautiful body. 

I am a body-positive coach and teach women how to eat for health, not size (although weight loss on my plan is very common if it’s a goal of yours). Health comes in all different shapes and sizes and not one plan fits all. I cater my plans for the individual and make sure it aligns with you and fits into your life. 

With all my plans, you get free access to the Beautiful Bodies Society, where I have a recipe library, workouts, planners, and guides all to help you achieve your goals.

Working with Jade I have developed a much more better understanding of the way the various stresses, including my hormonal cycle, impact on my body's response to both exercise and diet. Under Jade's guidance I have learnt have learnt to listen to what my body is telling means to adjust my exercise and food choices accordingly to cater to my body's needs at different time, all in a way that is sustainable for long term. As a bonus I have lost centre meters off my arms, hips, waist, and thighs and receiving many positive comments about how healthy and tones I am looking. Thanks Jade, I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and feel like I have a much more mindful approach towards my diet and exercises choices now.
