WE ARE AN ONLINE AND IN PERSON STUDIO WHERE EACH DAY A NEW PUSH (WORKOUT) IS LOADED, THESE ARE CALLED PUSH OF THE DAY (POD). THESE POD'S ARE DESIGNED FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN TO CREATE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY BODY. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO WORK WITH YOUR HORMONES NOT AGAINST THEM AND DESIGNED TO MAXIMUM RESULTS IN MINIMUM TIME, WE KNOW YOU BEAUTIES ARE BUSY KICKING BUTT AND BEING A BAD-ASS SO WE HAVE CREATED THESE WORKOUTS TO FIT INTO YOUR LIFE, GONE ARE THE DAYS OF SPENDING HOURS IN THE GYM WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD OF PUSH WORKOUTS.

WHAT ARE PUSH WORKOUTS? 

EACH DAY A NEW PUSH IS CREATED THEY ARE BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MINUTES AND ARE CONSISTED OF PILATES, BARRE, WEIGHTS AND HIIT STYLE WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO WORK WITH YOUR HORMONES TO KEEP THEM HAPPY. DESIGNED FOR MINIMUM TIME AND MAXIMUM RESULTS.

THEY CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS. DON'T LET THIS FOOL YOU IF YOU ARE A FITNESS FREAK THESE ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED WE ADD DIFFERENT LEVELS SO YOU CAN WORK TO YOUR CYCLE AND LEVEL.

PUSH POWER- 

THESE ARE WEIGHT AND RESISTANCE BASED WORKOUTS WITH A COMBINATION PILATES, PILATES BARRE, AND WEIGHTS. THESE ARE DESIGNED FOR BURNING FAT, INCREASING MUSCLE TONE, CREATING A LONG LEAN BODY, WHILST CONCENTRATING ON THE PROPER CORE CONTROL.

THESE ARE 25 TO 30 MINUTES AND HAVE A STRETCH AND BREATHING AT THE END TO FINISH YOUR PUSH STRESS-FREE AND BE READY TO SLAY THE DAY OR REST AND DIGEST.

PUSH PLYO- HIIT TRAINING WITH A TWIST, THIS COMBO OF PLYOMETRIC STYLE WORK WITH BODY WEIGHT AND FUNCTIONAL MOVES TO CREATE AN UNIQUE WORKOUT FOR MAXIMUM FAT BURN AND CALORIE BURN WHILST STILL MAINTAIN THE IMPORTANCE OF CORE CONTROL. OF COURSE, DON'T BE SCARED OFF LOW IMPACT OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR INJURY AND WHILST ON YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE.
