At BBS, we do fitness holistically and combine education around the female menstrual cycle, wellness and nutrition to help better support your body at all stages of your cycle. 

 

We have unique fitness classes that can be synced to your cycle, as well as an online health and nutrition program based on your hormonal body type and an online health, nutrition, wellness and empowerment program.

 

We respect and honour the female body. 

 

We look at your period as like an end of month report card, we address your cycle like it is your secret soul sister giving you messages to keep your stress down and tell you when to go hard at your fitness and when to slow down.

 

It is okay to have bad days, sleepy days and energy fluctuations at different times of the month.

We also offer 1:1 health, nutrition and mindset coaching as well as metabolism hacking and physiology testing.

Movement - We have unique classes that can be synced to your cycle (if you want them to be). We have 4 different style classes and we call them PUSHES each day on the app there is a new push uploaded called the Push Of the Day (POD).

PUSH POWER - 

These are weight and resistance based workouts with a combination pilates, pilates barre, and weights. These are designed for burning fat, increasing muscle tone, creating a long lean body, whilst concentrating on proper core control.

These are 25 to 30 minutes and have a stretch and breathing at the end to finish your push stress-free and be ready to slay the day or rest and digest.    

 
 
 

PUSH PLYO -

HIIT training with a twist, this combo of plyometric style work with body weight and functional moves to create an unique workout for maximum fat burn and calorie burn whilst still maintain the importance of core control. Of course, don't be scared off! Low impact options are also available for injury and whilst on your menstrual cycle.

PUSH PAUSE-

 

These are yin yoga and meditation inspired classes. Each class is designed to allow you to unwind and let all the stress go and recreate the life of your dreams with a manifestation and visitation meditation. 

 

PUSH PACE -

Low impact dance cardio class, this class is broken down into 45 second intervals of dance moves, then a break or a plyometric exercise then a new dance move and then it's all repeated. SO no weird moving around the room like a baby giraffe, or frustration when you can't get the steps right. You will work up a sweat and not even know you are working hard, its a fun way to do cardio.   
 

 
 
 
 

ONLINE NUTRITION, WELLNESS AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM -

 

We also offer an online health, nutrition, wellness and empowerment program to support you with food and mindset. You start with a hormonal questionnaire that takes you to an example meal plan unique to your hormonal body type.

We also have recipes books, planners, cycle resource loads or education around gut health, fitness, food and mindset tools to help you with your health and fitness journey.

PERSONALISED HEALTH, NUTRITION AND EMPOWERMENT COACHING -

We also offer personalised health, nutrition and empowerment coaching. This includes unique physiology testing to hack your metabolism and learn all about what is correct for your body type.

 

This very personalised and we bio individualise to meet your own body's unique bio chemistry and COMING SOON get to know yourself even more with DNA and gene analyse testing and nutrigenomics.
